PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR IPS PADA SISWA KELAS VII DI MTs. AL-AMIN TABANAN

ABSTRAK

Motivasi merupakan dorongan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Meneurut beberapa guru kelas VII SMP Di MTs.Al-Amin Tabanan masih beberapa siswa yang kurang temotivasi dalam belajar disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP MTs.AL-Amin Tabanan tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis, sebelum melakukan uji analisis maka dilakukan prasyaratan yaitu uji normalitas dengan cara uji analisis korelasi. Pengujian hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh hasil yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh besar besar lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Ditunjukan dengan oleh hasil ro yang diperoleh adalah 0,480 termasuk dalam taraf singnifikansi cukup sedangkan rt masing-masing sebanyak 0,325 dan 0,418 dengan demikian ternyata ro lebih besar dari art (0,480> 0,325 < 0,418 baik dalam taraf signikansi 5% maupun 1%. Karena ro lebih besar maka hipotesis alteranative (Ha) diterima karena telah teruji kebertannya. Sedangkan hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inforrmasi dan masuk bagi para guru pada umumnya dan masukan bagi para guru kelas VII pada khususnya dan seluruh pihak sekolah agar dapat menciptakan kondisi lingkungan yang kondusif bagi peseta didik.

ABSTRACT

Motivation is the drive to achieve certain goals. According to a number of VII grade junior high school teachers in MTs.Al-Amin Tabanan there are still some students who are less motivated in learning at school. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the school environment on student motivation. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP MTs.AL-Amin Tabanan in the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing techniques using analysis, before conducting the analysis test, the prerequisite is the normality test by means of the correlation analysis test. Hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% obtained results that indicate that there is a large influence of the school environment on student motivation. It is shown by the result that the ro obtained is 0.480 included in the level of significant significance while the rt is 0.325 and 0.418 respectively, thus it turns out that ro is greater than art (0.480> 0.325 <0.418 both in the 5% and 1% significance level. Because ro is more then the alteranative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted because it had been tested for its existence, whereas the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. The results of this study are expected to be information and entry for teachers in general and input for VII grade teachers in particular and all schools in order to create conducive environmental conditions for students.
