Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode inkuiri berbantuan media digital
dalam pembelajaran IPAS serta dampaknya terhadap keterampilan berpikir ilmiah siswa kelas 4 SD
Negeri 1 Cau Belayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode
studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis
dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode inkuiri berbantuan media digital
secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir ilmiah siswa, terutama dalam aspek mengajukan
pertanyaan, merancang eksperimen, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data, serta menarik kesimpulan
berbasis bukti. Media digital, seperti simulasi interaktif dan video pembelajaran, terbukti membantu siswa
memahami konsep abstrak secara lebih konkret dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses
pembelajaran. Namun, beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan akses perangkat digital dan pengelolaan
fokus siswa masih menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi dengan strategi diferensiasi pembelajaran dan
pengelolaan kelas yang lebih terstruktur. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan
metode pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi yang mendukung keterampilan berpikir ilmiah siswa
sekolah dasar di era digital.
